Purple Drive Functional Architect/SME - P&C Claims Functional Exp Share Contractual Dallas, TX PDT - 8875 10-15 10/02/2025 Overview: Functional Architect / SME – P&C Claims Expertise We are looking for an experienced Functional Architect / SME with strong domain knowledge in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Claims. The role requires expertise in designing and implementing insurance claims solutions, providing subject matter expertise, and ensuring alignment with business and technology needs. Responsibilities: Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for P&C Claims processes, workflows, and systems. Define functional architecture and provide guidance on solution design. Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and refine requirements. Partner with technical teams to ensure business needs translate into scalable solutions. Provide input on claims transformation initiatives and best practices. Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment, and recommend process improvements. Support testing, training, and rollout activities as needed. Requirements: Strong functional experience in P&C Insurance Claims domain. Proven expertise as a Functional Architect / SME in insurance projects. Familiarity with policy, billing, and claims systems within P&C. Ability to bridge business needs with technology solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Purple Drive
