Location: Georgetown, KY (ON SITE)

Pay Range: $48 – 50.71/Hr. On W2 (Depending on Experience/Interview)

Duration: Contract Role (Possible Extension or Temp to Hire for Right Candidate)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Process Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and documenting business processes across three divisions in our manufacturing pillar.

This role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with organizational goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple divisions to gather requirements and understand current processes.

Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Design and document new business processes, including workflows, procedures, and guidelines.

Create process maps and flowcharts to visually represent processes.

Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for staff on new processes.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and recommend adjustments as necessary.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and updates in a centralized repository.

Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in business process management.

the candidate needs to be able to work on their own and prepare the drafts so that they can present to the management.

Interact with multiple teams in Production Engineering.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field, with 10 years or more.

Proven experience in business process analysis and documentation.

Strong understanding of process mapping and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across divisions.

Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and documentation software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with a large organization.

Certification in Business Process Management (BPM) or related field.

Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Nice to have certifications like Lean Six Sigma.
