Marketing Assistant

Eric'sons, Inc., manufacturer of DuraTrench® drainage systems, is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, coordinating events, and helping execute marketing initiatives that support sales and brand growth. Key Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of trade show planning and logistics. Manage trade show exhibit materials, including crate organization, inventory, shipping, and return logistics. Source, design, order, and track branded promotional products and marketing materials. Maintain accurate inventory levels of marketing collateral, giveaways, apparel, and event supplies. Manage and maintain digital email marketing lists and databases. Create, schedule, and distribute email marketing campaigns and newsletters. Assist with content creation and publishing across social media platforms. Coordinate marketing projects and ensure deadlines are met. Support the sales team with marketing materials and promotional initiatives. Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative marketing tasks. Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned. Light travel with overnight stays may be required. Required Qualifications Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Must be extremely self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently. Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of projects. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro). Experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar software. Experience managing business social media accounts. Previous trade show, event coordination, or marketing support experience. Basic graphic design and content creation skills. Photography and Videography skills.
