Join CentraCare as an Orthopedic Surgeon in Willmar, practicing in a well-established regional orthopedic program serving West Central Minnesota. This general orthopedic surgery opportunity includes a full scope of inpatient and outpatient procedures supported by dedicated operating room access and a strong referral base. • Full Time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite at CentraCare Willmar

• Flexible work week option (3-5 days)
\n
• Regular OR time available
\n
• Call Schedule: 1:4 weekday and weekends
\n

Pay and Benefits

\n

\n
• Salary range: $675,000 - $985,000 per year\n
  \n
  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
  \n
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
  \n
  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications
Required:

• BE/BC in Orthopedic Surgery
\n
• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
