Case Manager - LIHEAP/USF Outreach

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is one of New Jersey’s largest non‑profit social service agencies with programs and facilities serving Bergen, Essex, Hudson, and Union counties. Full Time Case Manager – LIHEAP/USF Outreach Job Duties: Develop relationships with local social services and public benefit agencies, shelters and faith‑based and community‑based organizations serving low‑income, at risk and homeless families. Participate in conferences, workshops, special projects, and staff meetings. Help individuals and families to apply for and obtain LIHEAP/USF benefits. Provide outreach sessions and visit buildings, agencies and other locations where clients can be helped. Manage time and work independently. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree. 1 year of related social service experience.
