Designed to redefine self-care in Philadelphia, our new space will bring together luxury aesthetics, therapeutic massage, advanced wellness and recovery services, medical spa treatments, beauty, and holistic experiences-all under one stunning roof.


We're looking for an exceptional Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about healing, wellness, and creating meaningful client experiences. What You'll Do

• Conduct personalized consultations to understand each client's goals, concerns, and wellness needs.
• Deliver exceptional therapeutic massage treatments customized to each client's individual needs.
• Educate clients on treatment recommendations, wellness routines, and self-care practices.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation while adhering to all sanitation, safety, and professional standards.
• Create a relaxing, luxurious experience that consistently exceeds client expectations.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary wellness team to support each client's overall health and well-being.
• Build lasting client relationships that encourage retention and long-term wellness.

We're Looking For

• Current Pennsylvania Massage Therapy License.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on professional massage therapy experience in a luxury spa, wellness center, or high-end hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and therapeutic massage techniques.
• Proficiency in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, and Stretch Therapy is required.
• Ability to customize treatments based on each client's unique needs.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills with a passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Professional, dependable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Bonus Qualifications
Experience with:

• Manual Lymphatic Drainage
• Cupping/Gua Sha Therapy
• Additional specialty massage modalities
