ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our team in Evanston, IL. This position involves providing high-quality care for inpatient admissions, specifically for Med/Surg/Tele patients in an Intensive Care Unit setting.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
Assess patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and response to treatments.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Float to other Med/Surg/Tele units as needed.

Schedule Details

Shift: 12-hour nights
Work Schedule: Every Monday
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirement: As needed

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg/Tele/Neuro experience.
Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license.
BLS and NIHSS certifications required.
Successful completion of an EKG test.

This assignment is expected to last between 10 to 14 weeks. Non-billable orientation hours of 8 hours are required prior to start. All credentials must be submitted by Thursday prior to the start date.
