Supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, developing personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. Building rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery. Educating nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, hemodialysis equipment, and standards of care. Qualifications Current RN license as required by state regulations. CPR certification. ACLS certification within 1 year of hire. CRRN certification preferred (we can help you obtain it). Minimum 6 months of dialysis nursing experience. Preferred 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
