Key Qualifications: Michigan Physical Therapy (PT) license in good standing Experience working within K12 schools, with knowledge of IEP systems Comfort navigating multiple sites as an itinerant provider Ability to assess, develop, and implement student-centered physical therapy programs based on individualized needs Previous contract or school-based PT experience is preferred Responsibilities: Deliver direct therapy services and consultative support across assigned schools and settings Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to help shape student plans and goals Manage and document caseload efficiently using district's IEP system Coordinate with teachers, staff, and caregivers to facilitate student success and progress Provide thorough communication and reporting on student outcomes as needed Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and district protocols, including fingerprinting and background requirements Enjoy the independence of a flexible, part-time scheduleperfect for those seeking work/life balance or wishing to supplement other practice.
