You’ll lead by example, creating a warm, inclusive environment where staff, parents, and children feel valued and respected. Your top priority? Ensuring safety, health, and well‑being through clear protocols and hands‑on leadership. You’ll drive enrollment growth, craft engaging activities that spark curiosity and a love of learning, and manage the day‑to‑day demands of running your school with confidence and pride. Supported by a dedicated team, you’ll steer your center toward success while nurturing the growth of children and educators alike.
