Marketing Technology new hires will gain experience across a variety of key technical marketing areas, which may include Digital/e-Commerce Domain Knowledge which includes Direct to Consumer Selling, eCommerce, Consumer Relationship Marketing (CRM), Search (SEM, SEO, Analytics), Web/Mobile Digital Presence & Traffic Generation, Digital Media & Programmatic Media Buying, Social Insights and Analytics, Content Management.Example Responsibilities:Build, deploy, innovate, and/or operate the marketing technology stack within a brand/channel/domain area of scope.Data management and analytics using various tools and applications that allow you to access, prioritize, manipulate, and mine data as well as display and communicate insightsDeliver real time insights and business transformation recommendations that improve our key measures, advise new business models, and optimize digital/ecommerce operations.Leverage strong business acuity to act as an educator and translator between Marketing and IT to ensure the technology can meet the business needs.Collaborate and communicate effectively across brand leaders and other multifunctional and agency/external partner team members to align plans, solve problems, and deliver results.Project manage technology requests from marketing, translating between technical and marketing requirements. Ensuring marketing's systems adhere to IT policies including cybersecurity and privacy mandates.Job QualificationsYou are graduating in the Spring or Summer of 2027 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Business/Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or like degree.Exposure to analytics tools such as KNIME, Python, Power BI, and/or TableauProject management foundational education or experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong collaborator and leader with a growth mindsetPreferred:Prior experience or education in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Google AdsCertifications related to digital marketing, such as the Online Marketing Certified Associate (OMCA)Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
