Job Summary Senior Director of Food & Nutrition Services – Morrison Healthcare Location: Melbourne, FL As the Senior Director of Food & Nutrition Services, you will lead all patient dining, retail, catering, and food production operations for a large acute care hospital. You will partner with hospital leadership to deliver exceptional patient experiences while driving financial performance, operational excellence, and associate engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead all food & nutrition operations, including patient dining, retail, catering, and food production. Manage budgets, labor, food cost, inventory, and overall financial performance. Build and develop a high‑performing leadership team. Partner with hospital leadership to improve patient satisfaction and operational results. Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, HACCP, and company standards. Drive food safety, quality, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of healthcare foodservice leadership experience. Acute care hospital and contract foodservice experience strongly preferred. Proven success managing large teams, budgets, and client relationships. Strong financial, operational, and leadership skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and foodservice management systems.
