Experienced Large Loss Restoration Supervisor

The ideal candidate will have experience with large commercial restoration including water, fire, smoke damage, and construction. Duties:

• Evaluating large commercial losses to determine work to be performed.
• Perform restoration and drying in large commercial buildings.
• Manage and supervise a crew performing restoration.
• Working with the Large Loss Project Manager and facility managers to insure all work is performed in a satisfactory and timely manner.
• Ensure that all work is performed in a safe manner and all safety rules are followed.
• Perform assigned work in a timely manner and meet deadline.
• Ensure that all daily paperwork, including timesheets are collected, authorized, and submitted to the Large Loss Project Manager.
• Assist the Large Loss Project Manager in other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have good computer skills.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must have good customer service skills.
• Standing/walking for 7-8 hours a day.
• Must have the ability to communicate with others in written and verbal form.
• Minimum 4 years restoration experience required.
• Must be able to work for long periods of time in extreme temperatures both hot and cold.
• Must be able to work in an environment that has suffered fire, water and wind damage.
• Must be able to travel on short notice and be away from home for extended periods of time.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and have a clean background and driving record.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
