Wound Care NP / PA (Dermatology) - Relocation

Job Description Job Description Wound & Skin Care is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing wound care, dermatology, and wellness clinic in Riverton, Wyoming . This is a full-time opportunity for a provider who is open to relocating and wants meaningful patient impact, hands-on clinical work, and a strong schedule in a community-focused clinic setting. We are looking for someone who brings strong clinical judgment, consistency, and confidence into a fast-moving environment. This role is ideal for a provider with experience in wound care, dermatology, family practice, wellness, urgent care, or a similar patient-care setting. Relocation or signing support may be available for the right experienced provider. What You’ll Do Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in a wound and skin care clinic setting. Evaluate, treat, and manage patients with wound care, dermatology, wellness, and related clinical needs. Use strong clinical and critical-thinking skills to support patient outcomes. Blend medicine with hands-on procedures, including but not limited to: Dermatology and cryo procedures Biopsies Excisions Hair loss treatments Botox for cosmetic and migraine-related care Weight management programs Wound care treatment and follow-up Work alongside a passionate clinical team that values patient care, new ideas, career growth, and modern treatment approaches. Ideal Background Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Open to relocating to Riverton, Wyoming Wound care, dermatology, family practice, wellness, urgent care, or similar clinical experience preferred Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills Comfortable with hands-on procedures and direct patient care Reliable, consistent, and patient-focused Able to work independently while staying aligned with clinic standards Interested in a long-term fit with a growing clinic team Schedule Full-time position 3 or 4 day workweek may be available depending on clinic needs Compensation Pay will be discussed during the interview and based on experience. Signing or relocation support may be available for the right experienced provider.
