From an operations standpoint, we're intentionally doctor centric and flexible. There's no one size fits all approach. Schedules, case mix, and focus areas can be shaped around a doctor's strengths, interests, and stage of life - whether that's surgery, longer appointments, or a different workflow. That flexibility is cultural, not reactive. We offer a competitive base salary of $120,000-$140,000+ (based on experience), comprehensive benefits, paid licensing and dues, CE support, and paid parental leave. Full time and part time opportunities are available.
