CDL A Company Truck Driver Paid Training

Job Description

Start your trucking career with a company that invests in new drivers in the Kansas City, Kansas area. If you have recently earned your Class A CDL and are looking for a company that will help you gain the experience you need, 365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program.

You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning the responsibilities of the job beyond CDL school. After successfully completing training, you will transition to your own truck and can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.

What You’ll Do During Training

During training, you will ride with an experienced driver who will help you develop the skills and confidence needed to operate independently. You will learn:

Safe driving practices and trip planning
Pickup and delivery procedures
Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Communication with dispatch
The daily responsibilities of an over-the-road driver

After successfully completing the mentor program, you will transition to your own truck and begin driving solo on the open road.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to learn, work hard, and build a successful trucking career.

Valid Class A CDL
Graduation from an accredited CDL school
Clean motor vehicle record
Ability to meet Department of Transportation qualification requirements
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Safety-focused and dependable work ethic

No previous professional driving experience is required.
