KBP Inspired, part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager at our Arby’s franchise location in Maryland. If you’re a natural leader with strong organizational skills, you’ll help run daily operations and support teammates during fast-paced shifts. We offer paid training, meals, benefits, PTO, and opportunities to grow into Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles.
