08:00 AM - 04:30 PM, Days (Every Other Weekend required)

Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapy services to adult patients, focusing on rehabilitation from stroke, brain injuries, spinal cord issues, amputation, and other neurological disorders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
• Work collaboratively with a cohesive team of therapy and nursing professionals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document care plans and patient interactions using the Epic EHR system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana.
• 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably inpatient rehabilitation.
