We are looking for an accomplished Human Resources (HR) Recruiter to support a growing talent acquisition team in Phoenix, Arizona. This Contract position focuses on identifying and hiring strong sales talent, including Sales Representatives, Business Development specialists, and Account Executives across multiple markets. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with most work performed remotely, along with occasional in-office participation for meetings, training, and collaboration. This opportunity is well suited for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can deliver an excellent hiring experience from outreach through onboarding.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for sales and account-focused roles across various regions nationwide.
• Identify prospective candidates through direct sourcing, networking, job platforms, and other targeted recruiting channels.
• Evaluate applicants through resume review, screening conversations, and interviews to determine alignment with role requirements.
• Present well-matched candidates to hiring leaders and guide the process through each stage of selection.
• Arrange interviews and maintain a smooth, attentive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data, activity updates, and candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Support compensation discussions, extend offers, and assist with pre-employment and onboarding coordination.
• Monitor labor market conditions and hiring trends to strengthen recruiting strategies and improve talent availability.
• Manage multiple active requisitions while meeting hiring goals and timeline expectations in a high-volume setting.• At least 3 years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Background recruiting for sales, business development, account executive, or other customer-facing positions is preferred.
• Prior corporate recruiting experience is strongly desired.
• Experience supporting hiring activity across multiple states or on a national scale.
• Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter, online job boards, social platforms, and targeted outreach methods.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and oversee several openings at the same time.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
