Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele Resource Pool position in Des Moines, IA, requiring flexibility to float across multiple med/surg units on a night shift schedule.

Details

• Resource Pool position at a hospital in Des Moines, IA, with float responsibilities across multiple med/surg floors
• Units include Ortho, Med/Surg, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, Surgical Telemetry, and Med/Surg Tele
• Floating to a second campus located approximately 9.5 miles away is required
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend required
• 26-week contract

Requirements

• Active IA RN license or a Compact RN license currently in hand
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association required
• Current ACLS certification through American Heart Association required
• NIHSS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• COVID vaccination card required for consideration

• Every other holiday coverage is required
