Level I Requirements

• 02 years of professional experience
• Insurance experience not required
• Customer service, banking, administrative, hospitality, sales support, or account coordination experience preferred
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licensing after hire

Level II Requirements

• 24+ years of insurance or related account management experience
• Active Property & Casualty License required
• Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred

Job Duties

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Respond to client inquiries by phone and email
• Assist clients with policy documents and service requests
• Process renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and account updates
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy needs and coverage information
• Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation
• Follow up on outstanding documents, requests, and account needs
• Support both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines accounts
• Provide responsive, professional customer service to clients and business partners
• Learn and apply insurance products, systems, and industry regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service
• Experience using computers, business software, and data entry systems
• Previous customer service, call center, retail, office support, or administrative experience is preferred
• Experience working with CRM software, order processing systems, or customer databases is beneficial
• Bilingual communication skills may be considered an asset depending on the position

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers
• Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners
• Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday
