Recruiter (Part-Time)

Position Overview

Bullpen Talent is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented part-time Recruiter to identify, attract, and engage top talent throughout LATAM for our US clients. In this role, you'll use a variety of sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of candidates across industries and functions, including finance , real estate , marketing , and software development . The ideal candidate is experienced in sourcing, engaging, and interviewing entry- and mid-level professionals across a range of industries.

This is not a set-your-own-hours role. You'll work a consistent weekly schedule agreed on at hire, and be online and reachable during those hours for candidate calls, client updates, and team check-ins. Occasionally you'll need to shift or extend your hours slightly to accommodate a candidate's availability. Consistent presence is what makes fast searches possible, so we're looking for someone who can commit to a regular block and hold to it.

We move quickly at Bullpen Talent — our average search time is less than twenty-one calendar days . That pace only works with someone who sources creatively, screens rigorously, and holds a high bar week after week. We care about quality over quantity, but we need that quality consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Research: Gain in-depth knowledge of diverse job requirements, client business operations, and industry trends to target highly suitable candidates.

• Job Postings: Set up and manage job postings in Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter , optimizing each for visibility and appeal.

• Candidate Sourcing: Use various sourcing channels, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking, to proactively identify and engage potential candidates.

• Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with client needs.

• Weekly Throughput: Carry a full load of sourcing, screenings, and interviews each week, consistently putting forward 3–5 well-vetted, genuinely qualified candidates every seven days .

• Talent Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust, high-quality talent pipeline for quick access to qualified candidates for current and future roles.

• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the Bullpen Talent team on active searches and special projects, keeping notes and candidate records current so work hands off cleanly between sessions.

Qualifications

• Positive Attitude: A positive, enthusiastic approach to recruiting, fostering great relationships with clients, candidates, and team members.

• Recruiting Experience: Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, with experience placing candidates across diverse levels and industries and in tight time frames.

• Communication & Relationship-Building: Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trusted relationships with clients and candidates alike.

• Reliable & Responsive: Dependable attendance during your scheduled hours, with strong follow-through and proactive communication.

• Self-Motivated Learner: Eagerness to learn about different job types, skill sets, and client businesses.

• Passion for Remote Work: A strong understanding of the talent landscape.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Ashby (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter is required. Asana (or similar PM tools) is a plus.
