Job Description
The Experienced Outside Doors Salesperson plays a critical role in driving sales for door products by effectively managing both residential and commercial client relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to client acquisition, lead generation, and territory management, while collaborating with the sales team and working independently. Frequent regional and local travel is expected, and the salesperson reports directly to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and develop new clients in residential and commercial segments
- Present door products effectively to meet customer needs
- Negotiate sales agreements to close deals
- Generate and manage leads to build sales pipeline
- Manage assigned sales territory to maximize growth
- Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in outside sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Comprehensive product knowledge
- Effective time and territory management abilities
- Proven lead generation expertise
