If you thrive in a supportive, fast-paced role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.Responsibilities:Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.Support the Agent and team with various administrative tasks, projects, social media and marketing.Handle many competing demands simultaneously.Qualifications:Previous experience in a customer service and/or office coordinator role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.Computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain)Flexible work from home options available.Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hourDo you want a career and not just a job?We are a very busy office and are looking for our next great team member.
