Shifts Available and Hours: Night shift, 6pm-6am on an EOWEO/ 2-2-3 rotation. (You may be trained on dayshift- but will go to nightshift after training.) Shift Premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential What you will be doing Safely and efficiently operateassigned equipment or machine. Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments,material or equipment needs. Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities. Liftand stackproducts. Maintains efficiency standards set for assigned area. Maintains good housekeeping of work areas. Accurately record numbers or lengths of units handled or moved. What will make you successful? Required Education/Experience: No high school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of work experience required; prior manufacturing experience and/or quality inspection experience preferred. Must be willing to train and advance to Extruder A (quality inspecting responsibilities); training provided. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) required. Must be able to work long hours in seasonal temperatures. Must follow all work and safety instructions. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to learn and eagerness to grow. Ability to follow detailed directions. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: No prior work-related experience required; manufacturing or mobile equipment operation (e.g., forklift, Combi) experience is helpful. Must be able to use a calculator and read a tape measure. Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
