Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Clinical inpatient rehabilitation experience required for new graduates.
Experience with WellSky EMR required.
