Responsibilities
- Oversee emergency and trauma services for the medical center
- Evaluate and review medical staff performance
- Assess emergency department efficiency
- Drive ongoing quality improvement initiatives
Compensation
- Annual compensation for a full-time physician starts in the mid $300's
- Additional incentives possible based on experience, training, and specific job requirements
- Nationally competitive compensation
- Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations
- Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay
- Salary range: $340,000 - $420,000 annual
