Instructional Design Specialist

To enhance learning experiences, the full-time Instructional Design Specialist will design and develop interactive training materials, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage course content in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to identify learning needs and develop interactive Level 1-2 learning experiences Document project milestones and maintain communication within the Learning Technologies team to ensure timely project completion Upload and test courses in the Learning Management System to ensure functionality and optimal user experience Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Technology, or a related field 1+ years of experience in learning systems software or technology-based learning development Proficiency with course authoring tools, particularly Articulate products Familiarity with video editing software and basic production equipment Knowledge of adult learning principles and education administration processes
