Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager and Superintendent with project coordination from start to finish
- Manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Track project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
- Review drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and design partners to maintain project flow
- Ensure quality control, safety, and documentation compliance
- Assist with project closeout and turnover packages
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-5+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction
- Experience with multifamily ground-up projects preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Team-first mindset and eagerness to learn and grow
