The Role

The firm is seeking mid-level to senior M&A associates to join its New York corporate team at a pivotal moment, as the newly combined platform builds out its integrated global offering. Associates will handle substantive deal work including drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing due diligence, and advising clients directly through the transaction lifecycle, with the opportunity to work across a broad client base that includes financial institutions, funds, and corporates.
