Compensation and Schedule $20.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience, education, and training). Schedule options: 8:00 am–5:00 pm or 8:30 am–5:30 pm, each with a one‑hour break. Key Responsibilities Create a nurturing, engaging classroom environment for preschool‑aged children. Implement age‑appropriate lesson plans (provided). Maintain classroom safety and positive behavior management. Communicate with children, families, and team members. Support children’s social, emotional, and individual learning needs. Participate in ongoing professional development. Bring energy, positivity, and joy to the classroom. Preferred Qualifications Experience in childcare or early education. EEC Certification or equivalent. Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
