Job Description We have a vacant spot for a well‑organized and committed dishwasher. Our culinary environment is fast‑paced and we expect you to be able to work as part of a team. Your main duties will include rinsing, racking, washing, and properly storing dishes both in the dishwasher area and the three‑bay sink, as well as keeping the floors and general kitchen area clean and presentable at all times. On occasion, you will be asked to assist with unloading delivery trucks, clean cook stations, kitchen appliances, and machines. Responsibilities Consistently ensure the availability of clean dishes by washing flatware, dishes, pans, and pots. Maintain a clean work environment by cleaning kitchen machines and appliances (coffee makers, mixers, stoves, etc.). Rinse, rack, wash, and properly store dishes both in the dishwasher area and the three‑bay sink. Keep the floors and general kitchen area clean and presentable at all times. Unload delivery trucks, clean cook stations, kitchen appliances, and machines as needed. Buss tables to collect soiled plates and flatware. Assist other team members with unloading and storing deliveries. Assist staff with tasks when the need arises. Adhere to food safety procedures and regulations. Take out the trash and rinse garbage cans. Requirements Ability to work on feet for a minimum of 10‑hour shift. Proficient knowledge of product storage, rotation, and usage. Proficient awareness of kitchen cleanliness. Minimal work experience as a dishwasher. Proficient in operating with different types of dishes. Knowledge and adherence to all food safety procedures. High school diploma or equivalent. Communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to lift 25 lbs overhead onto a shelf and 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift. #J-18808-Ljbffr Workstream
