Arizona Advanced Practice License as a Family Practice or Adult Nurse Practitioner.Current, unrestricted Arizona Prescribing & Dispensing License.Current, unrestricted Controlled Substance Registration Certificate from the U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration.Current, active privileges issued and approved by the NCCH Medical StaffCurrent BLS/CPR Certification, or Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (Certified by American Heart Association).Must be proficient using EHR/EMR for patient charting, placing orders, etc.Computer proficiency and technical aptitude and ability to effectively use computer software programs.Our rural health clinic providers also demonstrate:A passion for patient-centered primary careThe ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgroundsThe ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality careClinical proficiency in evidence-based primary careThe desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare deliveryAn openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengths and weaknessesThe ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleaguesReadiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patientsSupports and maintains a culture of safety, quality and positive patient experience.This person must have upbeat aptitude, work alongside other team members, problem solve and deliver the highest quality customer service.
