• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Stay informed about new drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance guest experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or food service, preferably in a fine dining or nightclub setting.
• Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems for efficient order processing.
• Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
