Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in providing compassionate care. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
