Quality Assurance Coordinator

Overview At Kenco Logistics, the Quality Assurance Coordinator supports the site quality management system, ensuring processes and procedures align with standards and customer requirements. Responsibilities Maintain and update site policies, procedures, standard work instructions, and tools to improve the quality management system. Administer the internal audit program: train auditors, audit processes and procedures, and measure results. Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards. Investigate customer complaints and non‑conformance issues, conduct root cause and corrective action investigations. Collect and compile statistical quality data and analyze to identify improvement areas. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent years of experience (one year of professional experience per year of college). 2–4 years of experience in a quality assurance role. Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015 ; Lead Auditor certification preferred. Competencies Action Oriented: takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with urgency.
