We specialize in professional IT consulting services, IT staffing, business/IT strategy, business process blueprints, enterprise architecture, and enterprise transformation.

Job Summary:

1. Select and manage a team of data modernization and informatics staff.
2. Lead the team's strategic planning and implementation process.
3. Manage data infrastructure to improve data integration, enhance interoperability, ensure effective data governance, and support reporting and visualization development.
4. Ensure modernization efforts improve data timeliness, quality, coordination of data activities, reduce data burden, and integrate emerging/open-source technologies where possible.
5. Coordinate with agency experts to assess the data environment and identify improvements for developing effective data warehouse and integration strategies.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience in health or related data/systems management.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Master's degree in public health, Health Informatics, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience working with public health agencies (e.g., CDC, NIH, or State Departments of Health) on legacy data modernization.
