Senior Compensation Manager

Owning compensation and equity programs for a global workforce, the full-time Senior Compensation & Equity Manager will manage market pricing, the annual rewards cycle, and bonus programs while providing data-driven recommendations to leaders and recruiters in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee market pricing and band builds across multiple geographies, maintaining the Jobs Table as the source of truth Lead the annual band refresh and review internal pay relativities, job architecture, and leveling decisions Administer bonus programs and equity strategy, including grant cycles and equity education for employees Required qualifications 7+ years of compensation experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology company Expertise in market pricing, job matching, and band construction using compensation survey data Hands-on experience with equity strategy and operations, including equity administration platforms Experience running compensation cycles in platforms such as Pave, with advanced data modeling skills Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
