Were looking for dependable professional Loss Prevention Asset Protection Officers and Retail Unarmed Security to help protect our growing network of retail locations. Metro One Security Management is hosting a Walk-In Open House Hiring Event for motivated professional Security Officers who are ready to start their next opportunity.
Join our hiring team for an in-person interview learn about available positions and potentially receive a same-day conditional offer .

Interview Requirements for this role:
Please bring your resume and any valid security licenses or certifications .
- 1yr previous retail loss prevention or Military background or Law enforcement experience.
- Professional appearance and business-casual attire required
- Active California Guard Card or ability to obtain one
- Ability to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to pass a background and drug screening
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED
- Military or law enforcement experience is a plus

What Youll Do
As a Security Officer with Metro One you will:
- Maintain a visible professional security presence
- Protect clients employees customers and assets
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor premises and conduct patrols
- Complete accurate incident and activity reports
- Enforce safety and security procedures
- Professionally de-escalate situations when necessary
- Follow all company policies and procedures including the hands-off policy
- Maintain professionalism while representing Metro One and our clients
