We are seeking a highly-motivated individual who wants to make an impact supporting the latest technology for our clients. You will assist with supporting our clients with technical trouble shooting and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Help Desk and Remote Support to our clients for Microsoft solutions including: Office 365; Azure; Windows Server 2008 – 2013/16, 2019 ,2022 and 2026 Windows Operating Systems (7 Pro; Win 10, WIN 11); on premises solutions; cloud-based solutions; and hybrid solutions.
• Communicate status of assigned calls through our systems and email, daily
• Provide remote services to support client networks and systems
• Seek out new technology options to creatively support clients
• Interface with partners for sales and support
• Participate in company meetings and internal training program
• Stay productive in group and individual settings to maximize effectiveness
• Excellent Client communication and customer service skills
• Administrative excellence in: updating company records; documenting client networks; providing follow up services; detailing work performed; obtaining client sign off.
• Field support for our client base
• Field Help Desk support including desktops, laptops and server
• Skills using Ai to perform
• Create Ai agents for clients

Requirements:  1-2 Years of experience interfacing with clients’ networks and systems

• College degree preferred - a plus
• Passion for new technology and creative thinking
• Excellent customer service skills and confidence explaining technology to business clients
• Positive attitude towards hard work and commitment to clients
• Certifications from Microsoft and other leading manufactures a plus
• Microsoft Office 365 understanding and support skills
• Microsoft SharePoint a plus
• Familiar with Computing, Networking, Storage systems.
• VOIP understanding and support skills a plus.
• Experience identifying and cleaning virus attacks, such as Ransomware
• Familiarity with remote support tools and an understanding of connecting to client systems, for trouble shooting.
• Understanding of Ai from Microsoft, Google and Anthropic

Compensation:   Base Salary + monthly bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year...depending upon experience..
