This is an In-Person position located in Deer Park, Texas, with operating hours of M-F, 8AM-5PM. This position will report directly to the Operations Manager. Job Responsibilities Including but Not Limited To General shop work, cleaning and sweeping Material handling Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition Organization of press tooling and components Operate different press and flash cut machines Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) in a safe manner Assist in other areas where needed in the shop Essential Skills, Experience & Education High school diploma or equivalent required 1 to 2 years of previous warehouse experience required Ability to stand, sit and/or constantly move for extended periods of time Ability to lift a least 50 lbs., sometimes more Ability to read a tape measure Must be able to communicate orally and in writing Must be able to follow written and oral directions Strong attention to detail and accuracy Must be dependable and consistent in attendance Must have dependable transportation Must have a good work ethic and a positive attitude Ability to work with other personnel effectively and respond to questions from managers Benefits Ameraflex Sealing Products offers a competitive salary, plus a comprehensive benefits package to include: 100 % Company Paid Health Insurance for employees 100% Company Paid Basic Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance for employees Dental insurance – 50% Company Paid for employees Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life Insurance Paid time off Paid holidays 401-K program 401K-matching Profit sharing This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required for the personnel for this job.
