Outside Sales Representative - HERMOR Group LLC

Central Florida | Part-time | Field-based B2B Sales

HERMOR Group LLC is hiring Outside Sales Representatives for its brands VIVEXUM, CrewNuts and Spanyard's. We are recruiting nine representatives in total, with three openings per brand. You will join HERMOR SALES FORCE and initially specialize in one brand. Recruitment is starting now, with onboarding and start dates coordinated by brand.

This is an active, field-based sales role. You will generate business through prospecting, visits, presentations, follow-up and closing, rather than relying on guaranteed company-provided leads.

BRAND ASSIGNMENTS AND COMMISSION PLANS

VIVEXUM - 3 openings

PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS

A proactive B2B sales professional comfortable demonstrating technology and approaching Realtors and brokerages. Experience selling software, digital marketing or services to small businesses or real estate professionals is preferred. You must be able to prospect, explain the product clearly, follow up and close.

TASKS

Sell real estate technology to Realtors and brokerages: professional websites, property listings, CRM, lead management, follow-ups and appointment scheduling. Prospect and visit offices, demonstrate the platform and close new business.

COMPENSATION

Commission pool: 20% of eligible Net Collected Revenue, allocated as 5% for origination and 15% for closing. If you originate and close the sale yourself, you earn the full 20%. The total pool is not paid separately to each participant.

Illustrative example: $600 in eligible collected revenue produces $120 commission when you originate and close. This is not a fixed payment per sale: the amount depends on the plan purchased and eligible revenue actually collected. No recurring commission is currently offered for VIVEXUM.

CrewNuts - 3 openings

PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS

A relationship-driven B2B sales professional able to acquire business accounts and manage recurring customer relationships. Strong prospecting, organization and account-development skills are essential. You must be comfortable approaching office decision-makers and following through on customer needs.

TASKS

Develop office and business accounts for workplace meal services. Prospect companies, present the service, acquire accounts and actively manage and develop the customer relationship. Initial focus: CrewNuts Office.

COMPENSATION

Commission: 10% of eligible Net Collected Revenue for up to the first six months per account; from month seven, 5% for ongoing active account management, subject to continued assignment and the applicable Commission Plan.

Spanyard's - 3 openings

PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS

A commercially minded sales professional able to represent a premium events brand and build long-term partner relationships. Strong presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills are essential. Experience selling events, hospitality services or developing business partnerships is preferred.

TASKS

Generate direct event sales and develop premium partner relationships. Prospect clients and partners, present the offering, follow up, close opportunities and manage assigned partner accounts.

COMPENSATION

Direct events: 10% of eligible Net Collected Revenue from the event.

Partner accounts: 5% of eligible Net Collected Revenue generated by the partner for up to the first twelve months; from month thirteen, 2.5% for ongoing active account management, subject to continued assignment and the applicable Commission Plan.

The partner-account rate covers commercial work on that assigned account; a separate 10% direct-event closing commission is not added to events belonging to it.

COMPENSATION - PLEASE READ

These are commission-based opportunities with no guaranteed base salary or earnings projection. Commissions are calculated on eligible Net Collected Revenue actually received, not unpaid invoices or proposals. Eligibility, attribution, adjustments, payment timing and active account-management conditions will be detailed in the written Commission Plan before joining. Recurring commissions are conditional on active management, not guaranteed passive income.

COMMON RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and prospect new business opportunities.

- Conduct in-person visits and professional sales presentations.

- Follow up consistently and close business.

- Record sales activity, next steps and attribution in the commercial CRM.

- For recurring accounts, maintain the customer relationship, handle or escalate commercial needs and develop growth opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Demonstrable B2B prospecting and sales experience.

- Professional English; Spanish is a plus, not a requirement.

- Strong communication, organization and follow-up skills.

- Reliable transportation for local client visits throughout Central Florida.

- Willingness to work with performance-based compensation.

SCHEDULE AND ONBOARDING

Part-time schedule and brand-specific start date to be agreed. This is not a remote-only or inbound-only position. Product training, sales materials and applicable employment and commission terms will be explained before joining. We do not promise a guaranteed pipeline, territory, sales volume or income.
