You'll contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact how we serve our Personal Insurance customers while building valuable expertise in one of the industry's leading CRM platforms.Salary Range: $120,400.00 - $198,700.00Target Openings: 1What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?4+ years of hands-on software development experience building and maintaining enterprise applicationsSalesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs) is a strong plus but not requiredProven experience writing production-quality code in object-oriented languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScriptTrack record of designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating systems through web servicesDemonstrated ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate within cross-functional teamsBackground in full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenanceExperience with version control systems and modern development tools and practicesHistory of successfully learning and adapting to new technologies and platformsWhat is a Must Have?Bachelor's degree in computer science, related STEM field, or its equivalent in education and/or work experience.4 additional years of software engineering experience.What Is in It for You?Health Insurance: Employees and their eligible family members – including spouses, domestic partners, and children – are eligible for coverage from the first day of employment.Retirement: Travelers matches your 401(k) contributions dollar-for-dollar up to your first 5% of eligible pay, subject to an annual maximum.
