PACOM Deployment Manager - Rotational Deployment

SMX is seeking a PACOM Deployment Manager to assist our government clients. The position provides support of day-to-day logistics operations for a complex program, including aligning equipment distribution schedules with key stakeholders, overseeing distribution of equipment, meeting with key stakeholders, and providing guidance for our customer. This position is a 90 days on, 90 days off, 12/12, 7/7 rotational job. This position requires a DoD TS/SCI clearance which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts. Application Deadline: TBC Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage supply systems, support services and vendors providing material support to specified locations Serve as liaison across US and partner nation staffs to ensure alignment with Department of Defense (DoD) strategic objectives Coordinate with vendors to ensure shipping and receiving are tracked and shared with key stakeholders Coordinate, streamline, and complete the delivery process for multiple projects Oversee documentation, accountability and compliance of Represent the organization at multinational forums, working groups, and planning events Assist with the management of logistical requirements IAW DoD Required Skills & Experience Required clearance: TS-SCI Valid US Passport BA/BS in relevant field - One-year related experience may be substituted for each year of required education 4 years’ experience, within the last 10 years, in logistics or facilities management 4 years’ of logistical management experience with an emphasis in military logistics or six to eight years of similarly complex operations experience Strong communication skills Must be proactive and communicate clearly Ability to take initiative and work independently Must have the ability to multitask, ensuring timely completion of multiple complex assignments with competing and shifting priorities Ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers Desired Skills & Experience Prior management experience Experience with DIOGENES and/or other web-based DoD asset/property management systems Ability to work in majority non-English speaking countries Experience working with subcontractors in a Department of Defense environment Demonstrated Experience/previous responsibilities as Military Logistician/SNCO or Officer within Special Operations or deployed warfighting units where asset accountability including repair, distribution, shipping/receiving and controlled cryptological equipment inventory were of utmost importance is HIGHLY desired The SMX salary determination process takes into account a number of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, education and certifications. $108,000—$152,000 USD
