divh2Technician/h2pOur client, an Aerospace and Defense company, is looking for a Technician for their Oldsmar, FL location./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliPerforms installation, maintenance, and repairs of inline manufacturing equipment./liliLocates and diagnose failures, replaces defective components/modules, and performs basic troubleshooting using standard electronic equipment, detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and verbal and/or written instructions./liliMay redesign basic optical, vacuum, electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems for incorporation on existing manufacturing equipment./liliMay estimate labor and equipment costs and prepare requisitions as required./liliMaintains appropriate maintenance, inventory, and repair logs./liliUses a variety of hand, power, and test tools and equipment./liliThis position is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, reporting, and improving the performance of all manufacturing equipment and machines./liliThis position also performs evaluation, preventative and corrective maintenance, including immediate repairs on a variety of equipment utilized in the CCA production process./liliAs part of the Operations team, this position will work with Production Line leadership, Product, Process, Quality, and Test engineers./li/ulh3Requirements:/h3ulliMinimum Of 10 Years of Experience/liliGeneral knowledge of the use of mechanical hand tools and soldering equipment/liliHighly skilled in problem solving techniques and methods (process, product, procedure)/liliWorking knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical operations/systems/liliMay require handling or exposure to chemicals used in the production area/liliRequires flexible working schedule to include possible weekend work, first or second shift/liliExcellent oral and written communication skills/liliAll Manufacturing Training Programs/liliPWB Handling/liliFirst Piece Certification/liliComponent Identification/liliESD/liliMyCronic PnP experience/liliUniversal Instruments PnP experience/liliKohyoung/YesTech AOI experience/liliSMT CCA InlineWash experience/liliMPM Screen Printer experience/liliAssociates degree or vocational certificate in a technical program/liliHigh School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional specialized technical training equivalent to a technical Associate degree and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned technical/paraengineering tasks and 10 Year of experience./liliBS desired but not necessary Associates strongly desired/liliSMT experience is required./li/ulh3Why Should You Apply?/h3ulliHealth Benefits/liliReferral Program/liliExcellent growth and advancement opportunities/li/ulpICONMA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
