Requirements
- 8 or more years of technical experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering and identity access management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server administration and managing complex identity infrastructure environments.
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and enterprise authentication platforms.
- Experience with PKI infrastructure and the automation of certificate lifecycles for high-availability systems.
- Experience with ITIL-based change management and orchestrating production incident response activities.
- Experience with Linux server administration and executing technical remediation for security vulnerabilities (CVEs).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills for managing specialized engineering teams and diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operational support and technical maintenance of enterprise-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms.
- Orchestrate infrastructure upgrades and lifecycle management for Microsoft Windows and Linux server environments.
- Oversee production incident management and service restoration efforts for mission-critical authentication infrastructure.
- Execute security vulnerability remediation and CVE response strategies across the identity infrastructure stack.
- Direct PKI operations and certificate renewal processes to ensure secure and continuous system connectivity.
- Implement ITIL change management protocols and technical peer reviews for all production environment modifications.
- Manage workload prioritization and professional development for a team of infrastructure and IAM engineers.
