Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for their events.
- Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee all aspects of event execution, from setup to breakdown, ensuring seamless operations.
- Liaise with chefs, service staff, and suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery of all event elements.
- Manage event budgets and track expenses diligently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct post-event follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and foster future business.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in catering or hospitality.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport.
- Proficiency in event management software and standard office applications.
- A creative and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as dictated by event schedules.
