Job Description Job Description We are looking for a motivated individual to join our estimating team. Estimator Job role Responsibilities * Actively drive 5-star reviews from customers * Perform marketing activities to develop potential customer pipeline (This can include door knocking, stopping by realtors or insurance offices to deliver folders/marketing items, business networking, etc.) * Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships * Effectively manage pipeline in company CRM tool from lead stage through invoiced * Assist office administrator in collecting deposits and final payments from your customers * Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction * Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule * Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments * Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends * Continuously improve through feedback * Oversee roof installations on site, ensuring all necessary material is available, documenting any unforseen events, creating change orders, completing final walkthroughs with customers, and ensuring clean up is efficient.
