You will perform asset valuation, financial underwriting, and market research, contributing to offering materials and deal execution. Strong analytical and modeling skills are required; Argus experience and Excel proficiency are essential. A Bachelor’s or higher in Real Estate, Finance, or Accounting is preferred.
