Program Aide

OVERVIEW:

The Program Aid is primarily responsible to assist in all Red Shield programming. The Program Aide shall work under direct supervision of the Program Manager and work closely with other program staff.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in programs and activities
• Assist in passing out snacks and meals
• Clean up rooms
• Help set up and break down rooms
• Report any misconduct to appropriate leadership
• Assist with driving assignments
• Assist with fundraising events
• Record program statistics
• Other related duties as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• CA driver's license (required)

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Great communication skills
• Team player
• Detail oriented

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis

EQUIPMENT USED:

• Modern Office Equipment and Relevant Software
